CloseSignal AI — Your Words. Live. On Every Call.
Built for closers selling $1K–$25K+ coaching, consulting, or service offers

You Know How to Sell. So Why Are You Still Losing Deals You Should Close?

It's not your scripts. It's not your skill. It's what happens in the live moment when the objection lands, your brain stalls, and the prospect feels the hesitation before you say a word.

CloseSignal is a live co-pilot trained on your specific offer, your scripts, and your own best past calls. It tells you word for word what to say or ask next, in your words, while the call is still happening. Not coaching you have to translate. The actual line, on your screen, before the moment passes.

Where the deals actually go

You already know what a no sounds like. That's not what's costing you.

A straight rejection you can learn from. You can usually hear where it turned. The deals that actually cost you are the ones that ended politely.

Near miss
“Let me think about it.”
Near miss
“I need to talk to my partner first.”
Near miss
“I'm in. I just want to start a little later.”

The call was good. They were qualified. Nobody said no. Then the follow-up goes unanswered, and the next one, and you never find out what happened, because nothing happened. They just never decided.

And it almost never starts at the end. Every objection was an obstacle first, something raised, or only half-raised, that never got handled. A question you answered a little too fast. A framing that landed differently than you meant it. Nothing that felt like a problem at the time.

You don't hear it. You feel it. They were opening up, and now the answers are getting shorter, and something in the energy has changed. And the call still feels decent. That's the part that gets you. By the time it reaches you as let me think about it, the obstacle is long behind you, and you're handling the symptom instead of the thing that caused it.

40–60%

of lost deals end in no decision at all, not a competitor.

6%

win rate once a buyer is highly indecisive. At moderate indecision it's 30%.

84%

of the time, pushing an indecisive buyer harder made the loss more likely.

Dixon & McKenna, The JOLT Effect · 2.5 million recorded sales conversations analyzed

Which is why pressure is the worst possible answer

The way people buy has changed. Prospects can feel when they're being pushed, and pushing someone who's already hesitating doesn't close them, it repels them. The research is blunt about it: re-applying urgency to an indecisive buyer made the deal more likely to die, 84% of the time.

CloseSignal isn't built to help you push harder. It's built to catch the obstacle while it's still just an obstacle, before it hardens into an objection, and give you the words that let the prospect work through it and close themselves. That's the difference between convincing someone and persuading them, and it's why the system is trained on your own best calls: the patterns behind your yeses, not a generic script.

We get it. That's why we built it.

Before this was software, it was my problem.

Every closer has the deal they still replay. The one they had, right up until they didn't. You knew the answer. It just came too late, and you felt it slip.

CloseSignal was co-built by someone who lost those deals too, and got tired of losing the ones that were already theirs.

Joses NgugiCo-founder, CloseSignal
If any of these hit, keep reading

The Six Things That Cost Closers the Most Deals.

None of these are skill problems. Every single one is a real-time execution problem: on a Zoom call, on a phone call, on any remote call where you're closing. And almost none of them end in a clean no. They end in a maybe that never comes back.

01

The 3-Second Hesitation

A prospect throws an objection you've heard a hundred times. You know the answer. But you pause, and three seconds is long enough that the prospect feels your uncertainty before you even speak. That pause costs more deals than the wrong word ever could.

02

The Streak Effect

You miss two deals in a row and something shifts. You know you're in your head. But somehow you're still pressing, over-explaining, filling silences you should be letting breathe. The fear of a third miss changes how you show up. Prospects feel it.

03

Call 8 Autopilot

By the afternoon you stop listening and start performing. You're running your script instead of having a conversation. The prospect on call 8 gets a fraction of the closer the prospect on call 1 got. And you can feel it, but you can't stop it.

04

The Curveball Blank

The prospect says something unexpected. Not a standard objection. Something you haven't prepared for. There's a half-second of silence while your brain searches for the right response. By the time you find it, the momentum is already broken.

05

Coaching That Comes Too Late

Your manager reviews the recording. Gives you feedback on exactly where it went wrong. It's useful. But the deal is already gone. And you'll be on 10 more calls before that feedback actually changes anything in real time.

06

The Isolation at the Worst Moment

When the prospect says something that changes the whole energy of the call, you're completely alone in it. No one to turn to. No resource to pull from. Just you, the silence, and the decision you're about to make.

Here's the actual root cause: you're holding your offer, their objections, the right next question, and the read of the room all at once, live, call after call. That's not a skill gap. That's more than working memory can carry and still move at full speed.

The other version of this

Imagine for a moment that every call went like your best one.

Your best framing. Your best analogies. The question you asked at exactly the right second. The version of you that shows up rested and in flow, when it almost feels like you can't lose a deal.

You already know that closer. You've been them. The problem was never that you don't have a best day. The problem is that it depends on how you slept, what's going on at home, and whether this is call two or call nine.

So what happens when it isn't luck any more?

Five percent more deals closed a month. Ten. Twenty. Pick the number that's realistic for you and run it against your average ticket.

And there's a second thing most people miss. It isn't only what you say. It's what it frees up.

When half your attention isn't searching for the right words, that attention goes back where deals are actually won: your tone, your presence, whether you genuinely heard what they just said. Exhaustion doesn't cost you the script. It costs you the emotion. Take the searching off your plate and all of that comes back.

How it actually works

It studies you long before your first live call.

Three layers. The framework decides what has to happen next. Your own calls decide how it gets said. Then it listens, live, and hands you the line.

01
The framework

Built on how people actually buy now

A non-resistant framework sits at the DNA of CloseSignal. It's built around the way buyers decide today, which is why it never asks you to apply pressure. Every move is designed to get the prospect saying the important thing out loud, in their own words, and then confirming it back to you. That's what moves an indecisive buyer. Pressure does the opposite.

02
Your calls

Then it studies you. Best, worst, and near miss.

Before you ever run it live, CloseSignal goes through your own recorded calls. The ones you closed cleanly, the ones that went badly, and the ones that should have closed and didn't.

The near misses do most of the work. A win and a loss differ in a hundred ways, most of them meaningless. A win and a near miss differ in a handful, and those few differences are almost always the thing: the moment their answers got shorter, the stage you moved past without a real yes, the objection you brushed and never came back to.

That's how it learns what makes your good calls good, what quietly goes wrong in the ones that slip, and what your actual language sounds like. It's different for every closer, even for two people on the same team selling the same offer.

03
Live on the call

Then the words are just there

It listens while you're talking. When the moment comes, the line is already on your screen, sitting up near your camera where your eyes already are. Say this next. Ask this next. Word for word, phrased the way you phrase things, right down to the way you soften an ask.

Nothing to translate under pressure. No concept to convert into a human sentence while a prospect waits. You read it and it sounds like you thought of it, because on your best day you did.

This doesn't work because it's AI. It works because it's you.

Why your own words land harder than better ones

Here's the part that gets missed. You already trust your own best language, because you've closed deals with it. So when it shows up on your screen, there's no gap between reading it and meaning it. You say it the way you say it when the call is going well, because that's where it came from.

A borrowed line doesn't work like that, even a good one. Part of you is still checking whether it's right while it's coming out of you, and it lands at maybe seventy percent. The prospect doesn't hear the words. They feel the hesitation underneath them.

Selling is a transfer of certainty, and you can't hand someone something you don't have. Your own words arrive with it already attached, which is why the prospect keeps opening up instead of quietly closing off.

Why this isn't like the rest

Everything else is either too late, too generic, or not your words.

There is a lot of good technology in sales right now, and most of it does what it promises. The catch is where it sits. Almost all of it lands before the call or after it: roleplay to prepare you, recordings and scorecards to review you, dashboards to tell you what already happened. The few tools that do work live were built for large floors, and they hand every rep on that floor the same lines.

What's out there
CloseSignal
What's out thereThe analysis is instant. The call still isn't. The big platforms record, transcribe and break the call down, and the good ones do it in minutes now, not days. It's still after the conversation ended. What you get is a list of things to go repair on a deal that already moved on without you.
CloseSignalIt works while the conversation is still open. The moment something shifts, you see it, and you handle it in the sentence where it happened. Nothing to repair afterward, because it never got away from you.
What's out thereThe feedback still reaches you days later. Software does the listening now, but the coaching conversation is still a person, still on a calendar. Often it isn't happening at all: 41% of reps say they're rarely or never coached, and 73% of managers spend under 5% of their time on it.
CloseSignalYou get it in the same minute. No calendar, no queue, nobody with six other reps ahead of you. It reaches you while the deal is still alive.
What's out thereIt sharpens your next call, not this one. Post-call data genuinely helps you prepare for the next call like this. But the deal it came from has already been decided, so you paid for that lesson with the deal.
CloseSignalIt helps this one first. Then everything it learns goes into the next one. You don't have to lose this deal to get better at the one after it.
What's out thereRoleplay stops when the real call starts. Practice bots and scenario training get you readier before you dial, and that part works. It's over the second a real prospect says something the practice never covered.
CloseSignalIt stays with you once the call is live. It knows your offer and your prospect before you dial, and it's still there when it's just you and someone who never read your script.
What's out thereReal-time tools hand you the approach. Build urgency. Address the price concern. It tells you how to think about the moment. You still have to turn that into a sentence a human would say, while somebody sits waiting on the other end.
CloseSignalIt hands you the sentence. Not the strategy. The actual words, for this prospect, in this moment, phrased the way you phrase things. There is nothing left to translate under pressure.
What's out therePre-written cards fire on keywords. Most live assist runs off trigger words somebody set up in advance. It handles the objection you predicted, in the wording you predicted. When the prospect phrases it sideways, nothing fires.
CloseSignalIt reads what they meant, not which word they used. The obstacle gets caught because of what the prospect is actually doing, not because they happened to say a word somebody added to a list last quarter.
What's out thereYou get the signals in a report. Talk ratio, sentiment, keyword counts, scored and charted after the call, sitting next to a number there is nothing left to do about.
CloseSignalYou get the signals while you can still use them. When you're talking too much, when their answers start getting shorter, when the conversation goes somewhere that's costing you trust. Flagged live, with the words to pull it back.
What's out thereEverybody gets the same lines. Live assist was built for large floors, so it's standardized on purpose, and where it's trained on anything it's trained on the team's top performer. Sell in somebody else's voice, even a great one, and something lands slightly off. The prospect feels it before you do.
CloseSignalIt sounds like you because it came from you. Your phrasing, your analogies, the way you soften an ask. Two closers on the same team selling the same offer get different words. You're not performing. You have closed deals saying exactly this.

Coaching figures: MySalesCoach, The State of Sales Coaching 2026, and RepsMate on manager coaching time.

That last row is the one that decides whether a tool actually gets used. Nobody sustains a habit that makes them sound like someone else on a call that matters.

See it in action

Three Moments Where CloseSignal Changes Everything.

Three places a deal quietly gets won or lost. Here's what changes for you in each one.

Before the call

The best closers win before they dial.

Walk in already knowing them: what they told you last time, what they pushed back on, what they actually want. Your own best language is loaded too. You show up on your worst-prepared day the way you show up on your best one.

  • Every call feels personal from the first word
  • Their likely objections, mapped before you dial
  • Your script, your offer, your voice, ready to go
During the call LIVE

It catches the hesitation before it becomes a no.

Every objection has a tell before it's said out loud: a pause, a word choice, a shift in tone. CloseSignal reads that moment and puts the words on your screen, in your language, so the prospect works through it instead of pushing back on it.

  • Catches the obstacle before it hardens into an objection
  • Surfaces the question that lets them close themselves
  • Trained on the patterns from your own best calls
After the call

You stop guessing why it went the way it did.

You see what moved the deal and what stalled it, and the moment it turned. No replaying the call in your head at 9pm. Then it folds back into your playbook before your next call starts.

  • What actually moved the deal, not how it felt in the room
  • Where you went off your own playbook, and what it cost you
  • The same miss stops happening twice

What This Actually Means for You

The live AI coaching tools that exist are built for enterprise teams: seat minimums, CRM setup, IT onboarding. And even then, "personalized" means a shared playbook a manager builds once, the same responses firing for every rep on the team.

CloseSignal gives you that same shared foundation, one team playbook, full manager visibility across every rep and every call, plus something most enterprise tools don't build: a Hot Streak Playbook trained automatically on each closer's own best, highest-converting calls, the specific patterns that actually led to a yes, personal to them. That's the gap. Same oversight your manager already expects, personalization most enterprise tools don't offer.

Why this exists

Co-Built by a Closer Who Got Tired of Losing Deals They Knew They Should Have Won.

January

Close rate dropped. Not a little. Enough to shake someone who had been doing this for years and knew exactly what they were doing. The scripts were there. The experience was there. But in the live moment, something was breaking down that no amount of post-call feedback was fixing.

The search

So we went looking for a tool that could actually help in real time. Not record the call. Not coach three days later in a manager review. Be there. Right now. While the prospect is talking. And the deal is still winnable.

What we found
"Every tool we found was built for contact centers, compliance teams, and manager dashboards. None of them knew our offer. None of them knew our scripts. They gave the same keyword-triggered generic response whether you're selling SaaS or a $20K coaching program. That's not a co-pilot. That's a speed bump."
What we built

We could not find what we needed. So we built it: a live co-pilot trained specifically on your business: your offer, your scripts, your objections, your close. It tells you exactly what to say or ask in the moments that matter. Built for the closer living the call. Not the manager reviewing it.

Tools built for volume aren't built for mastery. CloseSignal was built for mastery from the first line of code.

What you get

The System That Lives Before, During, and After Every Call.

Before
It knows your prospect.

Loads their pain, past objections, URLs, files, and your offer before you dial.

During
It knows what to say next.

Catches the obstacle before it hardens into an objection, live Prospect Radar, the next words, in your voice. All while the call is happening.

After
It remembers everything.

Every objection, signal, and moment saved to the prospect's profile. Automatically.

Always
Every call gets smarter.

Every stage feeds the next one, and the whole thing compounds call after call.

01

Pre-Call Intelligence

Before every call, load your prospect's pain, context, past objections, deal history, uploaded files, and relevant URLs. CloseSignal reads it all and walks into the call already knowing everything you know. And more.

02

Trained on Your Business

One Playbook Session, built around your offer, your business, and the language and style that's already closing deals for you (your Hot Streak Playbook), and CloseSignal stops sounding like software. Most tools coach with generic advice pulled from public sales data. This one sounds like you, on your best day, on every call.

03

Say/Ask This Now

Word-for-word what to say, pulled from your playbook, triggered by what the prospect just said. Not a generic prompt. Your words. Your close. No hesitation. No blank. No lost deal.

04

Prospect Radar

Live read of what the prospect is actually feeling: Interest, Urgency, Trust, Resistance. Surfaced directly to you while the call is happening. Like being able to read the room without having to guess at it.

05

Next Best Question

The exact question to ask next, mapped to where you are in your process and triggered by what the prospect just said. Keeps momentum. Advances the sale. Eliminates the blank that kills more deals than any objection.

06

Close Score

Right after the call ends, get a clear breakdown of exactly where the deal stands, what moved it forward, what held it back, and what to do next. No more guessing based on how the call felt in the room.

07

Post-Call Profile, Remembers Everything

After every call, everything is saved to the prospect's profile automatically: every objection, every buying signal, what worked, what stalled, their exact words. On your next call with them, it's already loaded, your opener's already written. You never start a follow-up call from scratch again.

08

Pipeline & Booking, Built In

A built-in prospect pipeline tracks every lead from New Lead through Won/Lost, and Agent Queue round-robins bookings and routes leads across your team. CloseSignal doesn't just spare you a CRM. It replaces the coaching, pipeline, and booking stack a solo closer or small team would otherwise cobble together from separate tools.

09

The Flywheel, Gets Sharper With Every Call

Every call compounds. Your objection library grows. Your responses sharpen. Your prospect profiles deepen. By day 30, CloseSignal isn't running last month's script, it's running the version of you built from every call you've closed since day one. That's the flywheel: the more you use it, the better you close.

How you get started

Live on Your Next Call. Closing More by the End of the Week.

No IT. No drawn-out setup. No generic onboarding. One focused session, and CloseSignal already knows your offer, your language, and how you close, the kind of depth most tools never get to.

1

The Playbook Session

One live session where we build CloseSignal around how you actually close: your offer, your business, and the language and style that's already working for you. We take your calls through the same lens: the wins, the losses, and the near misses. By the end, it doesn't sound like a tool. It sounds like you, on your best day, on every call.

2

Your First Live Call

Use CloseSignal on a real call with a real prospect. The "how did I do this without it" moment usually happens in the first 20 minutes, when an objection lands and the response is already there.

3

Week 1 Refinement

New objections get added. Responses get tuned. The system compounds fast. By the end of week one it feels like it's been with you for months.

4

Day 30 Check-In

We pull your numbers. Calls, objections handled, close rate movement. This is where you see exactly what shifted, and most closers start asking about their team.

After 30 Days, You're Closing at a Different Level.

Every call sharpens it. Your winning responses get folded in automatically. Your best lines become the default, not the exception. Your objection library grows every time a prospect throws you something new. By day 30, you're not starting from scratch on any call, you're starting from your best day, every time.

  • Your scripts live inside the system permanently
  • Your objection library grows with every call you take
  • Your best performance becomes the default, not the exception
  • The system compounds. It doesn't reset itself, and it doesn't lose what it's learned.
  • If you bring on a team, your playbook scales instantly

Frequently asked questions

Real Questions. Straight Answers.

Is this live coaching?

No, and the difference matters more than it sounds. Coaching tells you what to do: elicit the emotional payoff, build more urgency. Mid-call, with a prospect talking, nobody can convert that into a human sentence fast enough to use it.

CloseSignal gives you the sentence. The actual words, phrased the way you phrase things, on your screen before the moment passes. You read it and it sounds like you thought of it, because it came out of calls you've already closed.

How is CloseSignal different from other AI sales tools?

Live in-call AI coaching exists today, but the tools that do it are built for enterprise sales teams: seat minimums, CRM integration, IT setup, with some of their own vendors advising teams under 10 reps to think twice. High-ticket sales tools on the other side of the market do post-call review or roleplay practice, not live, and not customized to your business or your style. If it doesn't sound like you, you won't actually use it.

CloseSignal is the live, in-call co-pilot built specifically for an individual high-ticket closer or small team selling coaching, consulting, or service offers, trained on your offer, your scripts, and your own best, worst and near-miss calls in a personal Playbook Session, with no enterprise setup required.

Why does it need my losing calls, not just my wins?

Because wins alone are a biased sample. Every good call contains habits that added nothing, and from wins only there's no way to tell which is which.

The near misses are where the real signal lives. A win and a loss differ in a hundred ways, most of them irrelevant. A win and a near miss differ in a handful, and those few differences are almost always the thing: the exact turn where their answers got shorter, the stage you moved past without an explicit yes, the objection raised once and never resolved.

Will my prospect know I'm using it?

No. CloseSignal runs on your screen only. Your prospect sees nothing. The line appears while you're listening, so you stay fully present in the conversation.

But that's not really why there's nothing to disclose: CloseSignal never feeds you a script or a pressure tactic. It gives you the next question, the one that lets the prospect work through their own hesitation out loud, in their own words. It's the same conversation a great closer would already be having, just sharper and more consistent. To them, you just sound exceptionally prepared. Which, after the Playbook Session, you are.

I already have a script and I know my objections. Why do I need this?

Knowing your objections and responding to them perfectly in the live moment are two different things. The 3-second hesitation, the curveball you didn't prepare for, call 8 autopilot: these aren't knowledge problems. They're execution problems that happen in real time. CloseSignal doesn't replace your skill. It makes sure your skill shows up on every call, not just the ones where you're at your best.

What if I don't have a formal script yet?

That's exactly what the Playbook Session is for. We work with you to draw out what you already know: your best objection handles, your discovery questions, the language and style that's already moving your prospects, and curate it into a system that sounds like you. Closers who've been doing this for years have more inside their head than they realize. We help you turn it into your edge.

How long does it actually take to get set up?

One Playbook Session with our team. That's it. We build CloseSignal around your offer, your business, and the language and style that's already working for you, so it sounds like you, not a script. Most closers are live on their first real call the same day, already sounding like their best day. There's no IT setup, no technical configuration, and no generic onboarding flow you have to sit through alone.

How quickly will I see results?

Most closers notice a difference on their first live call, specifically in the moments where they would have previously hesitated. That's the "how did I do this without it" moment, and it usually shows up in the first 20 minutes on a real prospect. From there, it compounds fast. Every call adds to your objection library, sharpens your responses, and teaches the system your patterns, so it keeps getting more you, not less.

What calling platforms does it work with?

Zoom, phone calls, Google Meet, and most major calling platforms. If you can hear the prospect through your computer or phone, CloseSignal can work with it. We'll confirm compatibility for your specific setup during the application call.

Is there a contract? What happens if I cancel?

No long-term contract. You can cancel at any time. But here's what you should know: after 30 days, CloseSignal contains your entire sales system, your scripts, your objection library, your prospect history, your winning patterns. Canceling means losing all of it and rebuilding from zero. That's not a lock-in clause. It's just the nature of a system that compounds on itself the longer you use it.

Who is CloseSignal not right for?

This is built for one specific person: a high-ticket closer selling a coaching, consulting, or service offer, closing over Zoom or phone. If that's not you, it's probably not for you yet. It's not built for enterprise SaaS or transactional sales teams running a CRM-heavy pipeline, that's what today's enterprise conversation-intelligence tools are for. And it's not built for in-person or door-to-door selling, real estate walkthroughs, solar pitches on a driveway, anything where the close doesn't happen on a screen.

It's also not for closers looking for a shortcut to sound like they know what they're doing. CloseSignal doesn't replace fundamentals. It's built for people who already have them and want a system that matches their standard. If you're just getting started in sales and haven't developed your fundamentals yet, we'd tell you that on the application call, and point you in a better direction first.

Can I use CloseSignal for my team?

Yes. Every rep gets both: the same shared team playbook and objection library, plus their own individual Hot Streak Playbook, trained on their own best, highest-converting calls, so the gap between your top performer and your average rep starts closing from day one without flattening what makes each closer's own patterns work. New reps ramp faster. Experienced reps stop having off days. Manager visibility is built in across every rep and every call, without requiring anyone to sit through call recordings.

"If you need AI to tell you what to say, you shouldn't be closing."

The best athletes in the world have coaches. The best surgeons use the best tools available. CloseSignal does not replace your instinct. It gives your instinct the right environment to perform. The closers using it are not weaker. They are the ones serious enough to use every advantage available.

"AI can't read human emotion the way a real closer can."

Correct. And CloseSignal doesn't try to replace that. Your read of the room is yours. CloseSignal handles the cognitive load in the background so your full attention stays on the human in front of you. The hesitation that costs deals isn't usually because you misread the prospect. It's because part of your brain is searching for the right response while the other part is trying to stay present. CloseSignal handles the search. You handle the person.

"What AI tells you to say isn't what you'd actually say on a real call."

That's true of every generic AI sales tool. It's not true of CloseSignal, because CloseSignal isn't trained on generic sales data. It's trained on you. Your words. Your objection handles. Your scripts. The Playbook Session exists for exactly this reason. What surfaces mid-call isn't a template someone else wrote. It's what you'd say on your best day, in front of you on an average one.

Security & data protection

Your Calls Are Confidential. Your Data Is Protected.

CloseSignal listens to live sales calls. Your recordings, your transcripts, and your prospects' information pass through our system, and we treat that as the responsibility it is. Here's exactly how, in plain terms.

Encrypted end to end

Every layer of your data is locked down, in motion and at rest.

Every connection to CloseSignal uses TLS. Everything stored in our database is encrypted at rest. Connect your own AI provider key and it's encrypted separately before storage, decrypted only server-side, only at the moment of the call.

  • TLS on every connection, every time
  • AES-256 encryption on stored data
  • Your provider key never returns to your browser
Isolated by design

Your calls never sit in a shared pool with anyone else's.

Every database query is scoped to your organization. Your calls, your prospects, your framework, and your team's activity are isolated from every other customer's, and access is verified server-side on every single request.

  • No shared pool of call data, ever
  • Role-based access: closer, admin, account owner
  • Verified server-side on every request, no exceptions
Your calls don't train anyone's AI

Your data stays yours, not a training set.

We use commercial AI providers under agreements that exclude API data from model training. Your calls don't become training data, for them or for us. On supported plans, you can even connect your own AI provider key so your data flows under your own account.

  • Your calls are never used to train AI models
  • Bring-your-own-key option on supported plans
  • Rate limits on every sensitive endpoint
Built to fail safe

A database problem should never cost you the call.

Our production servers refuse to start if critical security configuration is missing, no silent fallback to a weaker mode. Our API only accepts requests from our own verified domains. And if a database write fails mid-call, the call is built to keep running while the failure gets logged and flagged to our team the same day, not discovered later in a support ticket.

  • Locked down to verified domains only
  • Content Security Policy on every page, especially the one asking for mic access
  • Database failures are logged and fixed same-day, built to never interrupt your call

Where We Stand

SOC 2 Type II: actively pursuing certification. We've already built our controls in alignment with the Trust Services Criteria, and we're now completing Type II certification on top of that foundation. We'll announce it here the moment it's official, and we're glad to walk your procurement team through our controls directly in the meantime. You can request an export or deletion of your organization's data at any time. And to be direct about scope: CloseSignal is built for sales conversations, not clinical ones, it is not offered or configured as a HIPAA-compliant platform.
